All orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product or brand labeling on the outside carton. Order records are stored under our privacy policy.

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from a U.S. facility.

Peptides that require cold-chain handling ship with insulation and refrigerant sized to the transit window. Storage instructions for the received product are printed on the invoice and available on the product page.

A tracking number is emailed when the label is generated. You can also look up any order from the order tracking page using your tracking number.

A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory record for a specific product and lot. Check the report's identity, purity and measured-content fields against the product, strength and lot you are ordering. The nominal amount on a vial label is not itself a laboratory measurement.

Check the product page's lot-documentation section. Where no report is linked, request the current lot report from help@vellisova.com before ordering.

Purity must be confirmed from a report for the specific product and lot. Do not infer purity from the vial label or from another product's report.

Store pre-reconstituted peptide vials at 2–8 °C, protected from light. After reconstitution, store per your protocol. Specific storage recommendations for each SKU are listed on the product page.

Because our products are research-use-only reagents, we do not accept returns of opened product. Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — see our refund policy and contact support within 7 days of delivery.

Photograph the shipment as received and email help@vellisova.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll open a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
