Where we ship

Vellisova currently ships within the United States only. Every order is prepared and shipped from a fulfillment facility inside the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Typical delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Transit times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Packaging and temperature handling

All orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product or brand labeling on the outside carton. Peptides that require cold-chain handling ship with insulation and refrigerant sized to the transit window.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your shipping label is generated. You can also use the order tracking page.

Delivery issues

If a package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email help@vellisova.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the shipment as received. See our refund policy for claim timelines.
